This year we designed a modern plastic cap for sports water bottles, for CPP Romania, a local plastic caps producer.

Our task was to design a cap with a great sealing capacity and to optimize it for mass production. Thus, the main design feature is that the valve clamping system is integrated directly into the body of the cap and does not require additional structural elements.

The dynamic design line is inspired by motor sports and the emphasis on ergonomics makes the cap very easy to use in daily life.
